Enrollment procedures

Use the electronic enrollment form provided (PDF 138 KB) and enter the appropriate course number for the e-Learning MO course you are taking. (Choose the course(s) in which you are participating and double-check that you have the entered the correct section number.)

You must enroll by July 2, 2010.

Make sure your social security number and signature are on the enrollment form. MSU is no longer accepting payment at the time of registration. Once you are registered, you should receive a confirmation email from MSU with your M# (student ID). You can pay online, via check. or money order at that time.

Dropping a course

Please be sure you want to complete the graduate credit course, including all assignments listed on the syllabus, before sending in an enrollment form.
